1. Acceptance

By registering for a LearnFutureAI free master class or enrolling in a paid program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

LearnFutureAI provides live AI training programs online and, for selected college workshops, on-site. The weekend master class is currently free during launch. Paid programs are priced separately and listed on our pricing page.

3. Payment

• Paid program payments are processed by Razorpay or another PCI-DSS compliant checkout provider. Final currency and supported methods are shown at checkout.
• Listed launch prices (2-Day Full Master Class $99, 6-Week AI Engineer Bootcamp $499, College AI Workshop INR 1,999) are inclusive of applicable processing fees.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout where required.
• The weekend master class is currently free during launch and requires registration only.
• Paid program seats are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Corporate training and AI strategist consulting are quoted and contracted separately.

4. Refund policy

• Free weekend master class: no charge, no refund applicable. You may release your seat at any time by emailing us.
• All paid programs (2-Day Full Master Class, 6-Week AI Engineer Bootcamp, College workshops, Corporate training, AI Strategist Consulting): non-refundable once paid. Seats reserve mentor capacity and a cohort spot against other learners.
• To raise a billing dispute, email team@learnfutureai.com from the address you registered with.

5. Rescheduling

You may request to move your booked class slot up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Contact us via email to reschedule.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share class links, templates, code, or course material outside your enrollment.
• Do not harass mentors or other learners.
• Automated or abusive access to the site, forms, or payment endpoints is prohibited. We reserve the right to block, cancel, and refuse refunds for bad-faith activity.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, templates, and code provided through LearnFutureAI remain the property of LearnFutureAI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

8. Disclaimer

LearnFutureAI is provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver high-quality training, we do not guarantee any specific career, income, or hiring outcome. AI is a rapidly evolving field — material may be updated, replaced, or deprecated between cohorts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid LearnFutureAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time by emailing us; unused paid time follows the refund policy in section 4.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LearnFutureAI is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
