1. Who we are

LearnFutureAI ("we", "us") is an online AI training service. You can reach us at team@learnfutureai.com.

2. What we collect

• Registration data: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, experience level, program interest, preferred class slot, and optional motivation text.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive only transaction status and limited receipt details — never your full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Technical data: basic browser/device info and IP, used to prevent abuse.

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver your booked free weekend master class and any enrolled paid program.
• To send class links, prep material, receipts, and important updates.
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations.
• To protect the service against spam and abuse.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — payment processing after checkout is enabled.
• Google (Workspace) — we store your registration row in Google Sheets and email you via Gmail.
• FormSubmit — forwards your form submission to our inbox (does not store it).
• We do not sell or rent your data.

5. How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Access to our data is limited to authorised LearnFutureAI staff.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@learnfutureai.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session, anti-spam). If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where required.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16. Learners under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent to register.

10. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. The version number and date at the top will reflect the current revision.
